2024 Alabama Realtors Annual Conference
LTAAL recently sponsored the 2024 Alabama Realtors Annual Conference at the Grand Hotel in Point Clear, Alabama. Coleman and Aurelia Bryars, Jim Owen, Larry Giardina, Andrew McKinney, Rebecca Keene, Rebecca Manasco and Sean Culhane attended the Welcome Reception and Awards Celebration & Installation Dinner on behalf of LTAAL on October 15th. The Welcome Reception provided our representatives the opportunity to network with realtors from around the state, as well as other colleagues that work closely with our industry. The Awards Dinner featured Keynote Speaker, Joan Lunden, who gave an inspirational presentation on the challenges she faced throughout her personal and professional life and how she overcame adversity to achieve success. The dinner concluded with the installation of the 2025 AAR Board of Directors and presentation of Realtor of the Year and Small, Medium and Large Brokerage of the Year Awards.
LTAAL’s presence at the AAR Annual Conference demonstrates our commitment to supporting those who work closely with our agents across the state and our goal of fostering relationships with other real estate related associations in Alabama. Our association’s presence at the conference was visible and appreciated by all. We are looking forward to continuing to build on our relationship with the Alabama Association of Realtors for years to come.
