Abstractor Apprenticeship Committee Survey
When LTAAL was formed, one of our association goals was to recruit young adults to be trained as abstractors. The idea was to reach out to guidance counselors in high schools or junior colleges to find the most qualified candidates who would be placed with independent abstractors or in-house abstractors with title agencies as interns. Since then we have struggled to find companies willing to train these interns. This survey is to gauge interest in this initiative.
