Abstractors Wanted!
Title examiners don’t grow on trees! It takes years of on-the-job experience to become a competent abstractor. As a result, title agents throughout Alabama are constantly on the lookout for new independent title searchers.
One of the many benefits of membership in the Land Title Association of Alabama is the “Find an Abstractor” tab on the LTAAL website (ltaal.org). This features our members’ contact information and can be seen by non-members who visit. So, let potential customers know you are out there!
Another benefit to abstractors is that your membership gives you a voice. For example, LTAAL members recently began brainstorming about how your association can work to improve indexing and recording practices at a courthouse near you. Stay tuned!
