Judge Greg Cain has been the Judge of Probate for Morgan County for almost 18 years and is a publicly elected official with judicial oversight of the Probate Court, but also serves as the Chief Election Official of the county and as the “Recorder’s” Office – for official recordation of documents, along with many other responsibilities. Judge Cain was formerly a Sergeant with the Decatur Police Department for over 16 years. He has a BS in Criminal Justice from Athens State University. His objective is to serve the people in Morgan County with integrity and quality. His highest priority is to offer the best service possible to the public using the most modern technology available.
Kyle Kerrigan is an Account Executive with CertifID based in Austin, Texas. Kyle’s years of experience in cybersecurity have provided expert knowledge in both the greatest fraud risks and potential software solutions. As an account executive at CertifID, he’s able to understand the unique threats real estate professionals face, and architect custom solutions that enable partners to protect their clients and businesses from fraud. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Lauren Baum Malbrough was born and raised in Gadsden Alabama and is a proud graduate of the University of Alabama and Cumberland School of Law. She aspired to use her law degree to work in the real estate industry and is very thankful that it turns out she thoroughly enjoys all aspects of the closing business. After a few years at a local title company, Lauren joined David P. Condon, P.C. in 2011. While there have been a few sabbaticals to have 3 daughters, she has loved working with Dave ever since.
Away from the office, Lauren spends her time with her husband, Trey, and 3 small daughters, Lila, Violet and Marybelle. When not at work, she can be found volunteering at her daughters elementary school. She loves to travel abroad, talk Alabama football and throw parties for her girls.
In both personal life and professional life, it is all about community. The real estate and title community has always been a tight knit and supportive group. Lauren sees being involved in Land Title Association of Alabama as a way to ensure those community bonds stay strong and grow in this ever changing fast paced world.
Matthew R. Harrison is a partner at Harrison & Gammons, P.C. A native of Huntsville, Alabama, Matt began the practice of law in 2009, after receiving his Juris Doctorate from Cumberland School of Law in 2009. He earned his undergraduate degree from Samford University where he served as President of the Student Government Association and was a member of Omicron Delta Kappa. Matt represents lenders, developers, builders and individuals in the acquisition, construction, leasing and conveyance of residential and commercial property in local and multi-state transactions. He is a licensed title agent for Chicago Title, Commonwealth Land Title, Stewart Title, Fidelity and First American Title Insurance companies. A large part of Matt’s practice focuses on closing residential and commercial transactions. In addition to transactional work, Matt actively represents numerous Homeowners Associations throughout North Alabama in formation and compliance. He has a limited corporate practice, representing small businesses in their organization and operation. Matt also has an active estate practice, counseling clients in all aspects of estate planning as well as the administration of estates and related matters in Probate Court. Matt and his wife, Suzie, have two sons and a daughter and reside in Huntsville, Alabama, and are active members of Cornerstone Presbyterian Church where Matt serves as a Deacon.
Theresa Bayer along with her husband, Craig, are owners of TMB Title, Inc. where they work as title abstractors specializing in examining legal documents, identifying potential issues, and working with clients to ensure seamless real estate transactions. With a combined experience of over 62 years in the industry, Craig and Theresa live and work in Huntsville, Alabama and enjoy a loyal customer base and continued growth, particularly in the commercial sector. They work primarily in Morgan, Limestone and Madison Counties. In their free time, Craig and Theresa enjoy training for endurance sports and spending time with their grandchildren.
Lee Greene, Jr. is a registered PE and PLS in the state of Alabama with Lee Y. Greene and Associates, Inc. They provide civil engineering and land surveying services for residential and commercial developments. Covering North and Central Alabama, they have performed many boundary surveys for all types of clients and their needs. In addition to conventional total station laser EDM (Electronic Distance Meter) equipment, they have added GPS (Global Positioning System) data collection for rapid, high accuracy survey control. This exciting new technology allows them to quickly collect data in difficult terrain. GPS equipment can also be used in inclement weather giving them the ability to keep jobs progressing under almost all circumstances. Their services also include ALTA Standard surveys for commercial sites.
