Stephanie has over 25+ years of experience in the legal profession as a paralegal primarily working in real estate and now a small business owner as a statewide closing agent. She has worked very closely with attorneys in both commercial and residential transactions that have allowed her to gain an extensive amount of knowledge and experience from abstracting, title examinations, title insurance, preparing/drafting commercial contracts, asset purchase agreements, commercial leasing, condemnations for state agencies, curative title work, real estate litigation, and development in both residential and commercial working closely with developers and lenders.
