The Land Title Association of Alabama was proud to be a sponsor of the 2025 Alabama REALTORS® Annual Conference, held at the beautiful Grand Hotel Golf Resort & Spa in Point Clear. The event brought together real estate professionals from across the state for several days of education, networking, and celebration of excellence in the industry.
LTAAL members in attendance included Sean Culhane, Rebecca Manasco, Coleman and Aurelia Bryars, Millie Andrews, Brian Britt, Jami Blanton and Rebecca Keene, who represented the Association and connected with REALTORS® and affiliates to strengthen relationships within Alabama’s real estate community.

A highlight of the conference was the Annual Awards Celebration and Installation Dinner, featuring an inspiring keynote address from Andy Andrews, New York Times bestselling author and nationally renowned speaker. Andrews delivered a motivational message centered on being intentional with your clients, focusing on meaningful relationships, and the power of small actions that create lasting impact. His thoughtful and entertaining presentation reminded attendees that excellence in service begins with intentionality and genuine care — the very principles that guide LTAAL members in their daily work.
Conference attendees also had the opportunity to witness the installation of the 2026 Alabama REALTORS® Executive Committee, honoring both new and outgoing leaders who continue to elevate the profession statewide.
