Member Highlight – Agent: Coleman Bryars

Coleman Bryars is a director for the Southwest Region which includes Choctaw, Clarke, Monroe, Conecuh, Escambia, Baldwin, Mobile and Washington Counties.  In 1995, he and his wife, Aurelia, took a pivotal step in their careers by acquiring Alabama Land Title Company, Inc., formerly known as J.A. Ertzinger & Sons which was founded in 1909.  He has since presided as President.  Coleman and Aurelia have been a team ever since both in life and work.  Coleman and Aurelia have one son, John Coleman Bryars, who is a Junior in college.  Alabama Land Title Company, Inc., has closed and written title insurance for numerous real estate transactions encompassing a wide array of projects from condominiums and multi-family developments to large retail centers and infrastructure ventures like toll roads and bridges.

Coleman gives back to the community where he was born and raised in Bay Minette, Alabama.  His influence extends beyond his business accomplishments into substantial community involvement. His roles have included serving on the North Baldwin Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors and leading the Coastal Conservation Association as its State President and Chairman.  He has served on the board of the First National Bank of Baldwin County as an organizer and director.  He is a long-standing member in the Bay Minette Rotary Club and was a past member of the Orange Beach Planning Commission.  He currently has an advisory position with First Bank in Alabama and Florida.  His dedication to his community is mirrored in his involvement with the North Baldwin Infirmary Foundation and the Bay Minette Airport Authority.
