Member Highlight – Agent: Meagan Yarbrough

Meagan is the director of the Northeast region consisting of the following counties: Limestone, Madison, Jackson, Dekalb, Cherokee, Etowah, Blount, Marshall, Cullman, and Morgan. Meagan was first introduced to the title industry while in high school working for real estate attorneys. She grew up in Cullman and attended Athens State University and then Cumberland School of Law. She currently has two offices located in Decatur and Cullman. She is married to her high school sweetheart, Kevin, and they have two sons. Landon is five and Wilson is ten months. Both boys can be found at the office most days and Landon even pretends to do closings. Meagan is so thankful for the flexibility and opportunity the title industry provides enabling her to be a “full-time mom” as well as a full-time closing attorney/title agent. All of which couldn’t be accomplished without the help of her incredible legal assistants and paralegal: Ashley, Kaylee and Sarah.
