Advocacy Toolkit
ALTA’s Government Affairs team is excited to announce we have released a new advocacy toolkit (attached)! This resource is designed to equip LTAAL members to engage confidently with lawmakers who are debating important housing policies and considering proposals that could reshape how real estate transactions are conducted, regulated, and protected. The toolkit provides key talking points, background information, and practical advocacy resources to help you communicate the value of the title insurance industry and the importance of policies that support homeownership and consumer protections.
Whether meeting with elected officials, attending advocacy-related events, or reaching out through emails and calls, this toolkit empowers us to make their voices heard and advocate effectively on issues impacting their businesses.
Lastly, this document is designed as an evergreen resource and will be updated regularly to reflect new advocacy materials.
ALTA 49 Prints
Earlier this summer ALTA released the following resources for members to utilize for the recently published ALTA 49 and ALTA 49.1 endorsements. These resources can also be customizable with your own logo and contact information. Feel free to reach out if you would like to receive a link to customize either of these documents.
• ALTA 49 Endorsements Agent Talking Points: This document provides title and settlement professionals with clear, consistent messaging they can use when discussing the endorsements with consumers, real estate agents and lenders. The guide explains the risks addressed by the endorsements, outlines key coverage concepts and offers practical language for answering common questions.
• ALTA 49 Endorsements Consumer Education Flyer: Members can share this document with homebuyers and property owners to explain the growing threat of seller impersonation fraud, how criminals use forged documents to transfer ownership interests or create fraudulent liens, and how the endorsements can provide an additional layer of protection.
ALTA’s National Rising Title Professionals Program
The National Rising Title Professionals (NRTP) Program is a three-year professional development experience designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders in the title and settlement industry. The program is developed for professionals with five years or less of industry experience. The program offers flexible enrollment. Those who join mid-cycle will have the opportunity to complete any missed sessions to ensure they graduate with full program experience.
Program Details
• Combination of virtual sessions and in-person events (ALTA ONE & ALTA Edge)
• Year One: Discover and Connect
o The program introduces participants to the title industry, exposes them to career paths and connects them with professionals across the country.
• Year Two: Mentorship and Growth
o Participants deepen their development through mentorship and continued engagement.
• Year Three: Leadership and Contribution
o Participants step into leadership roles and give back to the industry. This final year transforms participants from learners into industry contributors and future leaders.

ALTA Marketplace
The ALTA Marketplace is a free, easy-to-use resource available to everyone (not just ALTA members) who is looking for trusted vendors that provide products and services for the title insurance and settlement industry.
The Marketplace brings together more than 160 ALTA member companies and allows users to search by category, company name, or headquarters location. Each company has a detailed profile, and many include a convenient “Request a Demo / Send Your RFP” button, making it easy for users to connect directly with those companies.
The Marketplace also includes Elite Provider member companies. These companies are recommended by other ALTA members and offer exclusive benefits to ALTA members. They undergo a rigorous application process that includes the submission and review of financial information before being accepted into the program.
Title Action Network
The Title Action Network (TAN) is a grassroots organization which activates thousands of title professionals nationwide to connect with elected officials about issues impacting title. We respond to threats and opportunities when it matters most, while making it easy for TAN members to make their voice heard.
TAN is also a tool for state LTA’s to elevate issues at the state level and we hope you will take advantage of this opportunity to reach this larger audience.
The power in this program comes when elected officials get flooded with messages from concerned constituents and business owners, building momentum and evidence of public need for action to be taken. This means that the greater our numbers, the stronger our impact!

ALTA Affiliated Association
