Member Highlight – Wyatt Huggins

Wyatt Huggins, Counsel, Old Republic Title

Wyatt Huggins is Associate Underwriting Counsel at Mississippi Valley Title Services and Old Republic National Title Insurance Company. He was an intern with Old Republic throughout his last year in law school and joined the company full time in September of 2025. Wyatt’s first experience in the title insurance world was as a summer clerk at a real estate law firm in Northwest Georgia in the summer of 2023. With Old Republic, he advises agents on various underwriting matters, issues commitments and title insurance policies for Alabama approved attorneys, and assists corporate underwriting counsel with commercial real estate transactions. Wyatt received a B.A. from the University of Georgia and a J.D. from Cumberland School of Law, where he was an SBA Representative, a member of the Air & Space Law Society, and worked as a constitutional law research assistant.

He is involved with the Alabama State Bar, being a member of the Young Lawyers and Real Property, Probate and Trust Sections. Wyatt is also a member of the Birmingham Bar Association, serving on the 2026 Young Lawyers Section Executive Committee, and a member of the Phoenix Club of Birmingham, a philanthropic organization of young professionals supporting the Boys and Girls Club of Central Alabama.
