I serve as Survey Director and am an Associate Shareholder at Sain Associates. I am a certified Professional Land Surveyor and have over 25 years of surveying experience involving residential and commercial projects; construction staking, stakeout, and grading of roadways; and performing ALTA/NSPS surveys, topographic and boundary surveys, and right-of-way and easement surveys. I am experienced in managing field and office survey personnel, field project management of construction sites, preparing and writing legal descriptions, title and utility research, development of survey plats using MicroStation, AutoCAD and Carlson Software, reviewing survey plats, and office administration.
