Member Highlight – Agent: Lauren Baum Malbrough
Lauren was born and raised in Gadsden Alabama and is a proud graduate of the University of Alabama and Cumberland School of Law. She aspired to use her law degree to work in the real estate industry and is very thankful that it turns out she thoroughly enjoys all aspects of the closing business. After a few years at a local title company, Lauren joined David P. Condon, P.C. in 2011. While there have been a few sabbaticals to have 3 daughters, she has loved working with Dave ever since.
Away from the office, Lauren spends her time with her husband, Trey, and 3 small daughters, Lila, Violet, and Marybelle. When not at work, she can be found volunteering at her daughter’s preschool and elementary school. She loves to travel abroad, talk Alabama football and throw parties for her girls.
In both personal life and professional life, it is all about community. The real estate and title community has always been a tight-knit and supportive group. Lauren sees being involved in the Land Title Association of Alabama as a way to ensure those community bonds stay strong and grow in this ever-changing fast-paced world.
