Shauna Hill, Alabama Quality Research, Inc.
Shauna Hill is co-owner and partner of Alabama Quality Research, Inc. (AQR), a respected title research and abstracting company she has helped grow since its founding in 2002. In 2010, she became a partner alongside her mother, Shelli Bennett, combining their complementary strengths to create a successful, longstanding business serving clients throughout Alabama.
Shauna’s connection to the title industry began long before her professional career. Growing up, she spent her summers in the courthouse, working as a runner and copy clerk for title abstractors in the probate office. Those early experiences provided a foundation of knowledge and appreciation for the industry that would shape her future career.
Today, Shauna oversees the residential side of AQR’s operations, along with office management and accounting. Shelli manages commercial and industrial research projects and assists with residential overflow. Together, they have built a company known for its expertise, accuracy, and commitment to client service by focusing on the areas where each excels.
In addition to her work with AQR, Shauna is involved in other business ventures and serves as host of North Alabama Law Review, which airs on WHNT Channel 19. Her dedication to her profession, entrepreneurial spirit, and deep roots in Alabama’s title research industry continue to contribute to the success and reputation of Alabama Quality Research, Inc.
