Justin A. Pipkins is an attorney licensed to practice law in both Alabama and Tennessee and is an Alabama licensed title agent, with a practice focused on real estate transactions, real property litigation, probate, estate planning, and business law. He is widely recognized for his ability to bring a unique energy to the closing table—making real estate transactions engaging and approachable, while maintaining the precision, professionalism, and integrity they demand.

Justin earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Alabama and his Juris Doctor from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. He began his legal career in Birmingham, Alabama where he built a strong foundation across his practice areas before returning home to the Shoals in 2020.

Today, Justin practices with Keene & Scott, LLC, a leading real estate and title firm known for its high-volume closings and commitment to exceptional client service. Within that fast-paced environment, he has developed a reputation for combining efficiency with a personal touch—helping clients, agents, and lenders navigate transactions with confidence and clarity.
