Sean M. Culhane, Esq. is one of two underwriter directors for the Land Title Association of Alabama. He is the Southern Regional Manager for The Security Title Guarantee Corporation of Baltimore. He received his undergraduate degree from Spring Hill College and his Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law. Sean is a licensed attorney in Mississippi and Alabama. Sean has been in the real estate title business for 25+ years during which time he has worked for several title insurance underwriters as well as run title closing offices.
